We handled both the divorce petition and the custody agreement simultaneously. Weekly updates were provided to both parties' legal teams, and all documents were drafted in plain language before filing.
3Outcome
The divorce was finalised in approximately four months. The custody order was in place before the decree absolute. Both parties felt the process was managed with respect for their circumstances and their children.
